The head of province's bureau of foreign trade, industries, mining and commerce stated: "regarding Resistance Economy and with the aim of province export's development, two projects have been approved by Foreign Monitoring Committee of the province. According to the Industry, Mining and Commerce's public relations department, Behzad noted:" these projects include planning for an export services center and permanent fairground for export exhibition, business development in the east of country and planning for establishment of export terminal in the south of province. He added:" in order to actualize the predicted plans of Resistance Economy in foreign business department, one of the steps that might be taken for creating new markets and supporting the province's export is to establish a center for exports' services which is done through eight different realms. Behzad asserted:" the center

will work in areas such as opening permanent fairground for exports, holding specialists tables, diagnosing export processes, issues about value chains, holding symposiums and seminars with the attendance of foreign guests, international conferences and developing necessary capacities for market expansion of province's useful goods on the way to emerge new export markets, developing basic models for brand registration and branding and providing consultations regarding legal cooperation, export information, investment, tender projects and plans of other countries, and the center will be established in a 1-hectar field by full cooperation and investment of private sector costing 10 billion tomans. He continued:" the export terminal plan will be implemented in a 20-hec field and with 60 billion budgets provided by private sector, to build internal capacity for supporting attendance in international section. Saying the plan targeted to increase export and the possibility of goods' exportation and export facilitation in different areas of the province, Behzad stated: the operationalization of the export terminal is a great aid for export growth and based on the spatial planning document we have a good geographical texture in the south of province which leads to the production on specific goods such as saffron and other agricultural products, establishing the export terminal facilitate the processes so that many units can use the facilities of it. He added:" It has been predicted that customs, insurance, transport office and other occasions will be established in the export terminal and commercial affairs will be dealt with in a concentrated manner and with a developmental view so that we can observe the effective plans in export. He stressed:" the aim of implementing mentioned projects is to strengthen the position of the province in our country and Khorasan Razavi can rank fifth among the three best exporting provinces of the country in non-oil exports."
